Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is applicable to all purchases made through FinalYearSolutions.com.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after project kits/reports have been processed.
- If cancellation is requested before dispatch of the product/service, a full refund will be initiated.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
- Order cancelled before product/service delivery.
- No refund will be provided once the digital report/code/project kit is delivered, as it is intellectual property.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
